Parental Misconception

Parental Misconception

The only way that your children are fully protected in the event of a death is by making a Will. Many people think that in the event of a premature death that their minor children would automatically be passed on to their children's god parents, brothers or sisters. This is not the case and is a common misconception that most people think. Unless the guardians has been appointed in your Will then the decision of who will care for your minor children in the event of a death are the courts. (If there are disputes) your children could end up being a word of court until the courts have made that final decision.

Protect your children and make sure you have a valid and up to date Will in place.
