We often come across clients who wish to protect their property in the event of their death and subsequent remarriage of their spouse. which would risk a sideways inheritance for their children.
We also find that many clients want to protect assets against the cost of care in the future if the need were to arise.

One of the most common methods is to create a Property Protection Trust in a Will which will ensure the deceased's share of the property. For example, usually 50% will be protected in the event of a remarriage or future care.
